"Let's Go Down To The River" is Jeremy's latest limited edition print. For six weeks, thousands of people came to the Cane River Revival and River Baptism in Burnsville, near Asheville, NC. The Cane River Tent Revival started July 31 and was supposed to end two weeks later, but people,  sometimes 4,000 a night,  kept coming. The people under the big top had not come to see the circus, but to find God in an old fashioned tent meeting complete with  a sawdust covered ground under the tent and the heat of the summer evening to greet them as they sat down in the metal folding chairs that filled the tent.
"Revival is not an alternative; it is imperative! The beginning of revival is one soul who will get so broken hearted that they say, 'More than I want to see the sun come up in the morning, I want God to meet with us!' Are we desperate for Him? Let us get on our faces before Him as we prepare for the last night of the meetings." ...Dr. Ralph Sexton Jr.
Hundreds were baptized as a result of this meeting in the nearby Cane River on September 10, 2006. How were all these people moved to come from miles around to a cornfield in Yancey Co.? The late Leonard Ravenhill said it best, "You never have to advertise a fire!" When God moves, the community responds. "Let's Go Down To The River" depicts the effects of this wonderful move of God.  Visit www.ralphsextonministries.com or www.caneriverrevival.com or email me for more information.
